Comments:

I am back to school in Helena after working at the mill all summer for Fister Electric. I removed instrumentation from the plant and cataloged and shelved them. Electricians are pulling wiring for the copper, and mechanics are removing pumps motors, etc. There was a crew of about 30, with quite a few being old mill hands. It's a strange (quiet) place out there. The new owners have a lot of ideas and plans, but so far it is just quiet and eerie. #3 PM is completely gone from about halfway down the machine all the way to the wire. Winder is gone, OCC plant is gone. Other things like the Waste Fuel boiler are exactly as they were when the last guy walked out (except for all the pigeon poop). I took some pictures that I included below, but it's mostly too sad to look at.

Your home looks awesome, I hope you enjoy your retirement as much as I do. However I do see by the name on your boat that your heart still belongs to Big Sky Country.

Happy Birthday Gordon. If my calculations are correct then this is the big 6-0. Congratulations on living a long time. Here's to 60 more.
